The Kids Goal & Achievement Pack is delivered as a downloadable PDF after payment. If you are charged but cannot access the file, contact us with your purchase email and payment reference so we can restore access or review a refund. For mistaken or duplicate purchases, contact us promptly for review. Refunds, when approved, return to the original payment method through Stripe.
